Overview

Lunar Metallurgy Corporation (LMC) is a Canadian company focused on developing technologies to extract oxygen, water, and construction metals from lunar regolith to support sustainable infrastructure beyond Earth. By advancing in-situ resource utilization (ISRU) processes, LMC aims to significantly reduce the cost of space exploration. The company’s work is centred on turning lunar resources into essential materials for future space missions and lunar habitation. LMC is dedicated to enabling a permanent human presence on the Moon through practical, scalable resource solutions. Team members collaborate at the intersection of space engineering, materials science, and planetary sustainability.

Responsibilities

As an Advisor at Lunar Metallurgy Corporation (LMC), you will play a key role in helping shape our technology, strategy, and long-term vision as we develop innovative systems for lunar resource extraction and processing. Drawing on your experience in academia or industry, you will provide technical and strategic guidance, review concepts and development plans, offer insight into industry best practices, identify potential risks and opportunities, and help foster valuable connections within the space, research, or business communities. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity to contribute your expertise to a company working to enable sustainable human presence on the Moon.

Note

This is a remote or hybrid part-time (mainly evening hours) position. The compensation for this position is 100% equity based.
